This is the typical, 'Can someone help me identify this cue?' thread and may be more suited for another forum but I am not familiar with the others. I do not have pictures and am hoping to get a model or 'when/where manufactured' type guess.
The butt has 'Joss Cues' at bottom, not on the bumper but the side. It is a very simple three diamonds above and three diamonds below the linen wrap. No points. I do not believe there is a serial number on the steel collar. Looked like a normal 5/16-14 pin. I am hopeful the 'Joss Cues' logo helps eliminate a lot.

Serial number, but it does not say Joss on the shaft collar. Did Joss offer cues without the Joss logo on the shaft or it most likely not a Joss shaft? If it's not a Joss shaft then I will have to file an 'Item Not As Described' claim. No serial number, no Joss logo on the butt cap.
